Message from Barbara:

I have several new online projects:

New microwave recipes along with my step-by-step "how to" videos can now be found on my very own section of Videojug.com called The Microwave Gourmet. Among the dishes I demonstrate are Barbecue Chicken, Swordfish and Vegetables, and Peanut Butter Blondies.
These videos can also be found on this website under the Recipe Library.

Also, I've recently joined Cookthink, a recipe site that will feature favorite recipes from my archives. Recently they've launched a new section called the Barbara Kafka Dessert Anthology. As the name implies, it's where I'll be posting various dessert recipes I've written over the years, beginning with a series of distinctive fruit tarts.

Lastly, I'm writing a weekly recipe column for Solo Lady called Microwave Magic for One (or Two). The recipes take advantage of the new high powered microwaves to create dishes that keep health in mind along with pleasure.

It's been quite the experience and I'm having a blast sharing my love of cooking via the web. I hope you'll visit each of these sites and tell me what you think.

Best,
Barbara
